This is your Mindobody profile set up so that search engines, AI tools, and people can better understand who you help, what you do, and what problems you help solve.

It is not just a basic directory listing.

The aim is to make your profile clearer, more structured, and more useful in the AI search era, where people are increasingly asking tools like Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Bing for recommendations, explanations, and options.

Your profile becomes part of your discovery presence. It helps give these systems and your prospects clearer information about your work.

It does not guarantee you will be shown or cited by AI tools. But it gives your online presence a better foundation than a vague profile, scattered content, or a website that does not clearly explain what you do.

Group access gives you a place to discuss the programs included in your plan, ask questions, and get support as you work through the relaunch resources.

These groups are connected to the different parts of the pathway, such as the AI Relaunch Build, Hidden Value Discovery, and VXF Accelerator.

So if you are working through the AI Relaunch Build, the group gives you a place to ask questions about improving your profile, strengthening your discovery presence, and understanding what to work on next.

If you are going through Hidden Value Discovery, the group gives you a place to discuss what you are noticing in your prospect journey, where things feel unclear, and what your answers are revealing.

If you are working through the VXF Accelerator, the group gives you a place to ask build-related questions as you start shaping your MDPJourneys.

This is group-based support. It is not the same as private one-to-one build support or Founder Build.

The MDPJourneys App is the core journey-building app that will help members design and build their before-the-call prospect journeys.

Go, Pro, and Gro members will be able to access the MDPJourneys home dashboard from their Mindobody dashboard. From there, they can see how the build workflow is structured and how the VXF journey process works.

During the first stage, the main build modules are locked while we begin the Beta Build Program with selected founders. This lets us build, test, and improve the app workflow with real founder builds before opening the full build experience more widely.

After the beta builds are completed, we plan to open the MDPJourneys App workflow to Go, Pro, and Gro members and use the VXF Accelerator to guide members through building their first VXF prospect journeys.

The AI Relaunch Build is the starting-point profile build included with every paid Mindobody AI Relaunch plan.

It helps turn your Mindobody profile into a clearer AI-structured discovery presence, so people and AI systems can better understand who you help, what you help with, how you work, and why someone may want to take the next step.

The build can include a done-for-you AI-structured profile, entry into Mindobody AI Search, five AI-structured discovery articles, selected existing website testimonials where available, and basic AI Search insights.

The goal is not to guarantee AI citations, rankings, leads, or clients.

The goal is to give your profile a stronger discovery foundation for the AI era.

Hidden Value Discovery is a 6-step video and form experience that helps you examine what is happening in your prospect journey before someone books a call or takes the next serious step with you.

It is not a generic quiz.

Each step includes a short video and a form that helps you look at one part of your journey.

It follows the VXF Method:

Discover -- Capture -- Understand -- Guide -- Connect

Then the final step estimates the hidden value opportunity.

The six steps are:

1. Discover
   Where do good-fit prospects first discover you, and can you actually see where meaningful interest is beginning?
2. Capture
   Where does anonymous interest become known? Are you capturing useful signals, or are people still mostly invisible until they book?
3. Understand
   What do you know before the call? Do you understand enough about the prospect's problem, intent, readiness, urgency, and context before you speak to them?
4. Guide
   What guidance do prospects receive before the call? Are they being helped to understand the problem, your approach, and the next step?
5. Connect
   Are prospects being connected to the right next step based on where they are, or is everyone being pushed toward the same action?
6. Hidden Value Opportunity
   This final step brings the answers together and helps estimate where opportunity may be leaking in the journey before the call.

At the end, you receive a report that shows what your answers suggest about the strength of your current prospect journey.

The report helps identify where things may be unclear, weak, invisible, or leaking value before the call ever happens.

After completing Hidden Value Discovery, eligible members can apply to be considered for Founder Build.

The Hidden Value Opportunity is a call with Peter after you complete Hidden Value Discovery and receive your report.

On this call, you review what the report revealed about your prospect journey before the call.

The focus is on the size of the opportunity pool, where value may be leaking, and what could be done to recover more of that opportunity using the VXF Method.

This is where the Discovery moves from:

"Here is what your answers suggest is happening in the journey."

to:

"Here is where the biggest opportunity may be, and what may be worth improving first."

Together, you look at the VXF stages:

The aim is to understand where the journey may be weak, unclear, invisible, or sending people to the wrong next step.

This is not a fantasy number. It is not a guarantee. It is a grounded opportunity conversation based on the report and the context your answers revealed.

For some members, this call may also lead to a conversation about working with Peter on the Founder Beta Build.

The VXF Accelerator helps you start building a better one.

It is based on the VXF Method:

The goal is to help you build a clearer, more guided journey before the call, so prospects are not left to figure everything out alone.

Inside the Accelerator, you work through the key parts of your MDPJourneys, including how prospects enter the journey, how you capture useful information, how you understand where they are, how you guide them, and how you connect them to the right next step.

This is the build pathway. It is for members who want to move beyond just seeing the gaps and start creating the system that improves the journey.

Founder Build eligibility means Gro members can apply to be considered for one of the limited Founder Build places.

Founder Build is a more direct build pathway for selected members who want help building their first MDPJourneys during the early beta stage.

The idea is that selected Founder Build members work more closely with Peter as the VXF/Mindobody relaunch takes shape.

This may include help shaping the first MDPJourneys, reviewing the prospect journey, applying the VXF Method, giving feedback on the build process, and becoming part of the first group of members whose implementation helps inform the wider relaunch.

Important: Gro does not automatically guarantee a Founder Build place.

Gro gives you the pathway where Founder Build selection can happen.

So if someone wants the best chance of being considered for Founder Build, Gro is the plan where that eligibility sits.

Go is the starting path. It gives you a way to enter the relaunch, claim your Mindobody profile, and begin building your AI-structured discovery presence.

Pro gives you more included access and a stronger pathway if you want to go beyond the starting point.

Gro is the fullest relaunch path. It includes the main build resources, deeper pathway access, Hidden Value Discovery, Hidden Value Opportunity, VXF Accelerator, and Founder Build eligibility.

That is why some items are add-ons in Go or discounted in Pro, but included in Gro.

The point is not to force everyone into the biggest plan. The point is to give you a path that matches how much support, structure, and build access you want.
